It's been an overwhelming week for me and it seems to get more challenging as time progresses, but I know that I am not the only one feeling this way. It can definitely get a little depressing at times but whenever I find myself in that mindset I immediately try to focus on the positive and remember all the wonderful people that are in my life - most of them virtually, but nevertheless they are there. And those wonderful people are YOU, my students, that keep me motivated and eager to teach and grow together during this uncertain time. I love all your posts, comments and most go all your amazing energy and enthusiasm - it really fuels me while teaching and I can feel the love virtually. Sometimes it actually feels like being in the studio.
I would also like to send a big thank you to my boyfriend Jules ( IG #yogamodelbda) who has been demoing all my LIVE Instagram classes for the past 3 weeks twice a day without any hesitation or even the slightest complaint. I love you so much.
For those of you that don't know Jules, he actually started his yoga journey only 2 years ago, shortly after we met. What seemed impossible to him at that time turned out to be one of his greatest passions in life now. (He even took off 4 weeks from his corporate job and attended the 200 Hour summer intensive Yoga Teacher Training at Pure Yoga)
For those of you who are just starting out or if you encounter a road block in your journey, just remember why you started and focus on the progress every time you come to your mat. Some of you have made comments about Jules's progress and it shows that with practice, patience and determination anything is possible if you set your mind to it. That being said - YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
