Join us to celebrate our one year Anniversary of our beautiful Online Yoga Community. We will start with a 45 minSignature Power Flow with Julia and will end with a blissful 45 min Yoga Nidra lead by Julian. For those of you unfamiliar with Yoga Nidra- it is the art of conscious relaxation. if you have never tried it you are definitely in for a very special treat. We cannot wait. Join us shortly after class at 7:15 pm for an After Class Virtual Happy Hour.
